We process and ship orders Monday-Friday. Processing time is anywhere from 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your item has shipped.
- All regular price items are returnable. Your first exchange each month is on us, we'll cover the shipping. Any additional exchange orders shipping within the U.S. ship for a flat $5.
- Return items must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the package. We unfortunately can not accept anything after the return period. Please fill out the form below before returning any item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented (detergent, perfume, etc) , with tags still attached in its original packaging.
- Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs, and reserve the right to refuse an exchange / return if it does not meet our return policy standards.
- Defective item- Please fill out the form below. After review of these items, We work with our customers by either sending a new item or refunding your payment in full after the damaged item is shipped back to us.
- All store credit must be used within 90 days. After the 90 days, your store credit will expire.
- Please Note: Once an order ships from us to you, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages. We apply tracking to every order and rely on that information. If you do not receive your package, and your tracking is stated as "Delivered" , contact your local post office for assistance prior to contacting us. We will work with your post office to assist you in locating the package.
- All Sale and Promotional items are Final Sale, and not eligible for Return or Exchange.
