  • Orders over $100 ship FREE
  • We process and ship orders daily. Processing time is anywhere from 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your item has shipped.


  • All regular price items are returnable for full refund within 14 days from purchase. All regular price items are returnable for exchange or gift card credit anytime as long as it is unworn, unwashed, unscented (detergent, perfume, etc.) with tags still attached. If you are not local to us we will assist with your return via mail. Anyone who is deemed to habitually abuse our exchange policy, we reserve the right to have you pay to ship back to us. 
  • Return items via mail must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the package. Please contact us via chat or email at prior to returning. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented (detergent, smoke, perfume, etc) , with tags still attached.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange / return if it does not meet our return policy standards.
  • Defective item- Please contact us. After review of these items, We work with our customers by either sending a new item or refunding your payment in full after the damaged item is shipped back to us.
  • All Sale and Promotional items are Final Sale, and not eligible for Return or Exchange.
  • Please Note: Once an order ships from us to you, we ask that you utilize your tracking number. Please double check your shipping address during the checkout process. We apply tracking to every order and rely on that information. If you do not receive your package, and your tracking is stated as "Delivered" , please contact your local post office or UPS (as applicable) for assistance prior to contacting us. We will then work with your post office to assist you in locating the package. We make every effort within our control to ensure you receive your items including INSURING all the package.
